Why Be Afraid?

Fear often prevents us from starting on a path to our goals and/or prevents us from achieving them. Fear creates anxiety, hostility sickness and stress. (A few months ago, May 2011, we spoke about minimizing stress)

Fear says I can’t. A fearful person says I have to, I see risk or I wish. Why not change that message to I can or I want to ? Instead of the fear, focus on the challenge. Start to create desire which is the emotional state between where you are and where you want to be. Desire says I want to and I can because I see opportunity. The situation has not changed. Only your perception of what exists. So why not see what you want ? It will help you reach your goals.

Fear is never a reason for quitting. It is only an excuse.
